Despite our best efforts, all of us crave a snack sometimes. The compromise would be choosing healthy, low-calorie snacks to avoid eating too much but still enjoy good food. You can use fruits with a firm texture, such as strawberries, cantaloupe, and apples. Cut the large fruits into bite-sized pieces and place them on the skewers.

This recipe is great if you crave a salty snack while on a diet. Pumpkin seeds are very nutritious and taste great when baked. You must cover the seeds with cooking oil or beaten egg white and sprinkle salt on top.
