Strawberry Juice

Strawberry juice

Ingredients:

– 3 cups of fresh strawberries
– 1 cup of raspberries
– 2 ripe pears
– 1 banana
– 1 peeled and sliced apple
– 1 glass of water

Place all the ingredients into a blender and process until the juice is smooth and even. Store in the fridge and drink within a day.

Avocado Shake

Avocado shake

Ingredients:

– 1 ripe avocado (peeled and seedless)
– Juice from 1 lime
– 3 figs
– 1 and ½ glasses of water

Add all the ingredients in a blender and process until the smoothie is homogeneous.

Vegetable juice

Ingredients:

– 6 carrots
– ½ teaspoon of finely chopped ginger
– 1 cucumber
– 1 celery stick
– 2 teaspoons of parsley leaves

You can use a juicer or a blender to process the ingredients. Drink the juice right away.

Pineapple Juice

Ginger and pineapple juice

Ingredients:

– 1 small pineapple
– juice from ½ lemon
– 1 teaspoon of finely chopped ginger
– 1 spoon of each of the following: parsley, coriander and spinach
– 100 ml water

Remove the pineapple’s skin and core. Cut it into pieces. Place all the ingredients in a juicer or blender and process until the juice is even. If you don’t want to add any water, you can replace it with a few extra pieces of pineapple.

Red beet, apple and carrot juice

Ingredients:

– 2 apples
– 3 carrots
– 3 red beets
– ½ lemon

Wash the beets thoroughly and cut them into quarters. Wash the carrots and the apples and cut them into pieces. Scoop the lemon pulp from its peel and remove the seeds (if any). Process the ingredients with a blender or a juicer. For an attractive aspect, serve in a tall glass and decorate with a slice of lemon.
